Shipping Information

We ship all orders via United Parcel Service (UPS).  Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 hours.  However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible.  We currently ship to the United States and Canada.  For other countries, please email or call us to check shipping availability.   Innovative Solutions LLC is not responsible for any physical damage to products by the shipping company.

Return Policy

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).  You must obtain an RMA number within 30 days from the original invoice date on your order.  Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization and an RMA number.  Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days.  We must receive the returned products within this timeframe.  RMA numbers will not be extended or re-issued.  The RMA must be clearly visible on the outside of the box.  Otherwise, the shipment will be refused and returned to sender.  Please email us at returns@erecta-rack.com to request an RMA number.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.
